STAX Technologies d.o.o. – Automatic plant for painting with liquid and powder paints

The production consists of two independent plants. The plant for liquid coatings is linear positioned and the process begins with chemical preparation, i.e. by de greasing of the surface, then the same work piece is brought into the shot blasting chamber (FerroCrtalic d.o.o.) where the surface is mechanically cleaned of all impurities. After surface preparation, the work piece comes into the combined cabin for liquid coatings. The painting booth has two modes (painting and drying mode) in which air temperature and humidity are precisely regulated. Temperature maintenance depending on external conditions is periodically heated or cooled in order to achieve a set temperature during the painting or drying process. Work pieces are transported through this unit by rails on the floor and trolleys. The maximum dimensions are 12.0 x 5.0 x 5.0 m, and the weight is 3.5 t.
Another part of the production is the plant for powder paints, which is located next to the liquid plant. It is characterized by a overhanging transport system connecting the booth for powder paints and the oven for polymerization. Paint booth is designed without recovery system. In this unit as well, the process of painting with powder colors is realized in a time interval, i.e. tact. The maximum dimensions are 7.0 x 2.2 x 2.2 m, and the weight is 500 kg.
