Automatic plant for painting boilers with powder coatings. The facility consists of 2 chemical preparation tunnels, a dryer, a painting cabin, a polymerization furnace, and all these units are united by a monorail transport system of the manufacturer “KEWESTA GmbH" 50 Nn. The chemical preparation consists of 2 tunnels in which degreasing / degreasing takes place, then rinsing with ordinary and DEMI water as well. After that, the workpieces are dried at 120 degrees, then painted by electrostatic application of powder on the working surfaces, then the same paint is baked at 200 degrees. The cabin is a chamber type connected to a WAGNER ICM multicyclone / filter group of 12,000 m3/h, with a dust recovery system. The cabin has a ventilation system that pulls dust from the floor and with an automatic floor cleaning system, paint deposits do not remain. Control system SprayPack E responsible for managing manipulators and guns. This control system allows quick and easy configuration of the parameters of the amount of color, air flow, amount of voltage, current strength, movement of the manipulator and many others. At the same time, the system allows memorization of up to 100 different recipes that can be called up with one press of a button. This system is intended for color recovery up to 95%.
