Automatic flow plant specially designed for wire products.
It consists of six chemical preparation tunnels, a dryer, a primer booth with manual operators, a primer polymerization oven, an automatic WAGNER E – Cube plastic booth and a flow A oven.
All these units are united by the monorail suspension transport of the company KEWESTA GmbH, which contains a group for lubrication and pneumatic chain tensioning.
Additional devices for the functioning of the equipment include a device for demineralized water, with a unified system of waste water that is treated with a VEOLIA vacuum evaporator.
