Automatic plant designed for electrostatic powder painting of aluminum profiles and sheets. It consists of a Chemical preparation, a Dryer, an Automatic WAGNER M line cabin, a polymerization furnace and a hanging two-rail KEWESTA with a horse for automatic manipulation of workpieces. Painting takes place automatically with the possibility of returning the powder, and automatically changing the length, width and height of the workpieces. The plant with an average change rate of 5 min, provides a capacity of one stretcher measuring 6.5 x 2.5 m. The capacity of the plant, translated into surface units, enables a painted surface of 1400 m² on one side or 2800 m² on both sides in one working shift.
