The facility consists of combined cabins intended for painting rail vehicles.
Next to the cabins, there is a chamber for shot blasting as a form of surface preparation.
With the help of a separator, it is possible to use steel grit and glass beads in parallel in the surface treatment of aluminum and steel shot blasting.
Application devices for applying colors are WAGNER TwinControl devices intended for 2K coatings, paints and varnishes, with additional preparation stations with pneumatic mixers.
