STAX Technologies d.o.o. – Automatic plant for painting with powder and liquid coatings

The plant consists of two independent plants. The line plant is intended for liquid coatings and the process begins with chemical preparation, i.e. by degreasing the surface, then the same workpiece is introduced into the shot blasting chamber where the surface is mechanically cleaned of all impurities. After surface preparation, the work piece comes into the combined cabin for liquid coatings. The painting booth has two modes (painting and drying mode) in which air temperature and humidity are precisely regulated. Temperature maintenance depending on external conditions is periodically heated or cooled in order to achieve a set temperature during the painting or drying process. Workpieces are transported through this unit by rails on the floor and trolleys. The maximum dimensions are 12.0 x 5.0 x 5.0 m, and the weight is 3.5 t.
Another part of the plant is the line for powder paints, which is located next to it. It is characterized by a suspended transport system connecting the cabin for powder paints and the oven for polymerization. Paint booth designed without recovery system. In this unit as well, the process of painting with powder colors is realized in a time interval, i.e. tact. The maximum dimensions are 7.0 x 2.2 x 2.2 m, and the weight is 500 kg.
