TEHNO AL Marinkovć d.o.o. – Reconstruction of the old plant and increase in productivity

Automatic plant for painting aluminum with powder coatings. The facility consists of 2 chemical preparation tunnels, a dryer, a painting cabin, a polymerization furnace, and all these units are united by a monorail transport system of the manufacturer “KEWESTA GmbH" 90 NnV. The chemical preparation consists of 2 tunnels in which degreasing, rinsing with ordinary and DEMI water, as well as the treatment of passivation of the working surfaces take place. After that, the aluminum profiles are dried at 120 degrees, then painted by electrostatic powder application on the working surfaces and then baked with the same color at 200 degrees. The cabin is of the chamber type connected to a filter group of 16,000 m3/h, without powder recovery.
