Installation of automatic WAGNER E – Cube plastic cabin with two reciprocators and 8 automatic guns with two manual finishing guns.
The cabin has sensors for automatic recognition of L x W x H dimensions, according to which all parameters are adjusted to achieve constant uniform end results.
The production program of TIKI d.o.o. consists of boiler panels of various dimensions that are painted at a speed of 2.7 m/min.
Due to the geometry of the workpieces, the carriages of the transport system have a 90/180/270/360 degree rotation mechanism, with which it is possible to paint all surfaces.
