The entire process of painting, from chemical preparation through the dryer, booth for electrostatic application of powder and oven for polymerization, is united by a transport system. Our offer includes:
– Batch transport – HELM manual stretcher system
– Single-rail continuous conveyors, hanging and floor conveyors – automatic clock/flow plants
– Two-rail continuous conveyors – automatic clock/flow plants
– Suspended rail conveyor with modular drive – OCS Conveyor
Transport system SUSPENDING CONTINUOUS CONVEYOR, manufactured by KEWESTA GmbH or CALDAN GmbH according to the highest standards of energy efficiency and safety. Depending on the requirements, there is a wider range of load capacity of the suspended or floor conveyor. Automatic chain lubrication is provided. The drive and tension group ensure continuous, jerk-free operation. The suspended transport conveyor must be precisely defined because once installed its path is fixed due to the concept of a continuous chain. Single-rail and double-rail conveyors have the possibility of vertical ascents and falls as well as the choice of higher and lower load capacity, the possibility of manual/pneumatic tensioning groups, rotary elements and drives and many others….
A characteristic additional possibility of double-rail conveyors is the possibility of adding elevators at loading and unloading stations, batching of workpieces, i.e. changing from linear to transferal movement. All these specific options make this transport incredibly flexible and adaptable to smaller workspaces.
BATCH TRANSPORT with HELM – is used in simpler transport, during which the pieces are loaded on carts and pulled manually or semi-automatically to the desired positions. This transport system is used for translational/linear movements.
The transport system SUSPENSION/FLOOR RAIL CONVEYOR WITH MODULAR DRIVE is a combination of the previous two types of conveyor, which has an independent drive for each of its transport units. The electric motor transmits rotary motion to the aluminum spindle via the reducer and thus, in conjunction with the spindle and the wheels of the carrier, performs a straight line movement. Converting rotary movement into rectilinear movement is realized according to the spiral spindle principle and each unit of transport has independent movement. With this transport solution, there are greater possibilities of movement of objects in the process line for painting.
