Manual plant for powder coating fences and accessories for buildings. The facility consists of a dryer / oven for polymerization and a painting cabin, and all these units are united by a manual transport system of the manufacturer „RAILTEHNIEK GmbH“. The booth is of the chamber type (Dimensions 6.0 x 2.0 x 3.0 m) connected to the FILTER GROUP WAGNER BASIC 8000 x 2 cpl of 8,000 m3/h. The booth has a ventilation system that pulls dust sideways in front of the operator’s seat. Painting is done with WAGNER SPRINT X Air Fluid manual painting devices. At the transport loading station there is a cassette that can accommodate a maximum of 5 hangers with a total load capacity of 2500 kg. The transport system is intended for the products to be heated at 230 degrees before painting, after which they pass through the booth for powder coatings and from the other side of the furnace they are again placed into the oven with the help of the cassette system for powder polymerization. The transport system is such that it can be used in a clockwise direction and vice versa. The maximum dimensions of the pieces are 7.0 x 1.6 x 2.3 m, and the maximum load per carrier is 500 kg.
